DiscoverCheraw.com was launched in October 2007 by business partners David Sides and Dale Davis. The website has been created as Cheraw’s online magazine with the goal of sharing the positive details of Cheraw, South Carolina with new friends while also keeping local neighbors informed of activities which make Cheraw the ideal place to simply celebrate life.

After receiving tremendous support from the Cheraw community with the creation of their advertising agency in 2006, David and Dale felt compelled to give back to their hometown by developing DiscoverCheraw.com. With over 30 combined years of marketing experience, David is a 1978 graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism, and Dale is a 1995 graduate of Coker College where he majored in graphic design and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Above all, David and Dale seek to glorify and honor God by being faithful servants and committing to Him all that they do.
